I love Queens and relied on this borough to keep us busy outdoors this past spring when all indoor spaces were closed. NYC parks came through and luckily we were able to see public art at various locations around town, including one of our favorite spots, Socrates Sculpture Park.

Click here to read my recent review of Socrates Sculpture Park’s current exhibition Monuments Now. This exhibition has opened slowly over the past several months and my review was written when it had just opened. Now, the exhibition is in full bloom and the grounds are covered with insightful works by a collection of artists who have put forth a selection of works contemplating the notion of monument. This outdoor space is thriving with thought and natural beauty.
